I’m Yuki Kawai,
a bilingual, trauma‑informed life coach.
As the eldest daughter, I grew up believing that “putting others before myself” was natural.
That way of living nurtured kindness and responsibility— but it also created a habit of pushing my true feelings aside.
My clinical experience as a nurse, a period of unexplained health issues, and my search for “living as my true self” in my mid‑20s led me to a working holiday and eventually settling in Australia.
Later, through the identity shifts of motherhood and the process of forming a sense of self in an English‑speaking culture,
I came to deeply understand the importance of
returning to my true self.
Now, like a lighthouse holding a quiet light, I support women as they remember who they truly are and step into the life they long for.
